Senior Management Accountability
In addition to providing a strong project team with relevant experience of similar studies, ORION's most senior executives are involved in all our projects from the very start. They are ultimately accountable for the delivery of the program and they provide leadership support throughout its duration.
Collectively, the ORION team will utilise their experience to proactively identify any issues or potential risks to timelines or study quality as soon as they arise. This approach ensures that action can be implemented to alleviate any problems and to keep the program on time and on budget.
