Our philosophy is to offer a high quality, customer focussed service at a fair price. To enable us to deliver on these objectives, we have set up a global infrastructure which allows decisions to be rapidly taken and swiftly implemented, resulting in a service which is highly cost effective.

ORION has a global reach; however, we would like to highlight that we act locally. This is made possible by our network of regional monitors, all of whom work exclusively for the company, who carry out their monitoring in the local language. Many of our monitors (and project managers) are multilingual with English being their second language. For global studies, we find that monitoring in the local language is extremely beneficial as it facilitates easy interaction with the investigator and site personnel.
