ORION OPENS NEW OFFICE IN COLOGNE GERMANY - OCTOBER 2006

ORION proudly announces the opening of its fifth office based in Cologne, Germany and warmly welcomes its German counterparts at ORION GmbH. By adding a third office in Europe, ORION Clinical Services is boosting the development of its European clinical operations and international expansion.

The German affiliate is lead by Dr. Joerg Rennecke, Director of Operations, who has worked in clinical research for nine years. Dr. Rennecke was awarded his PhD in Tumour Cell Regulation from the University of Heidelberg. He subsequently worked in the German Pharmaceutical and Biotech Industries where his career progressed rapidly. Joerg has substantial expertise in all aspects of the management of phase I to III clinical trials, his therapeutic experience includes: oncology, analgesics, antibiotics, allergies, cardiovascular, diabetes, haematology, neurology and respiratory disorders.

ORION Clinical Services Ltd is experiencing an exciting time with the opening of this new office, and the continuous expansion of ORION’s clinical activities.
