Quality Assurance
Our Quality Assurance (QA) Department operates as an internal Quality Assurance function to support our global activities and provide the following services to our sponsors:
- Protocol / CRF Review
- Trial Master File Audit
- Systems Audit
- Investigator Site Audit
- Database Audit
- Clinical Study Report Audit
Prior to commencing work on a study, the QA team will routinely produce a Quality Assurance Plan for review by the sponsor. Our QA team also has experience conducting vendor audits (e.g. clinical laboratories, providers of investigational products, IVRS and archiving facilities).
The expertise of our internal QA team is available to our sponsors throughout the running of the study.
