Services | Quality Assurance

Our Quality Assurance (QA) department operates as an independent function. The QA team operates as an internal Quality Assurance function to support our global activities and provides the following services to our sponsors:

Prior to commencing work on a study, the QA team will routinely produce a Quality Assurance Plan, which would be reviewed by the sponsor. Our QA team also has experience conducting vendor audits (e.g. clinical laboratories, providers of investigational products, IVRS and archiving facilities).

The expertise of our internal QA team is available to our sponsors throughout the running of the study.
